I'm on my third batch, a raspberry wheat. The beer was conditioned for two weeks in a secondary with four pounds of raspberries. When I racked it to a tertiary, a bunch of little raspberry floaters got through my siphon. I was wondering if anyone had this experience before and had a simple solution for when I rack it again into the bottling bucket this week. Right now my only thought is to use my strainer to filter out the floaters, but this will mean tilting the bucket awkwardly so I don't get a ton of splashing, while holding the siphon and the strainer in my other hand. I am the least handy person I know, so frequently there is a much less stupid and easier way of doing things than my first thought! Thanks guys.
