Hello,
Just wanted to introduce myself. I just began brewing with a Mr. Beer kit a month ago and have brewed a grand total of two varieties of beer. My wife got the kit for me for Christmas so that I could kind of test out the water before jumping in. I joined up here just to learn some more about the process and to begin to experiment a bit more on the types of beer that I make.
