anyone use these?

I'll have a couple Belgian Dark Strong Ales to bottle condition and planned on using these.

any advice for how many to use for this style? general directions say to use 3-5 per bottle.

I'll be using 12 oz. bottles

I've used them, they work pretty well. Typically 4 per 12 oz. bottle gives pretty good carbonation, maybe 3 for something like a barleywine, maybe 5 for something like a wheat that you want more carbonated. I'd probably use 5 for the Belgain. I've added 5 per bottle with no bottle bombs.
