I was using funky math and I guess I made a bigger batch than I was expecting. Once I added the cool water it is over 6 gallons. OG is 1.051 so its still a good start but I tasted it today and its a bit light I was planning on dry hopping but I was wondering about adding a bit of amber rock sugar I have. It is an amber beer and I don't want it to be washed out what would the rock sugar do flavor wise (I know it would up the alki)? What else would help out?

I used 7# of LME so its not bad by any means and it is the wifes brew so she may like it light.

Thanks

What kind of beer is it? What style? What yeast did you use? What is the recipe? My gut says to leave it alone. I'm sipping a beer right now that started at 1.047, so what?

Its an amber I will just let it be and dry hop it.
Thanks
