Awesome PDF for Converting AG to Extract

I'm not trying to switch any of you but I found this PDF to be very very good for Extract brewers to go the next step.

I think brewing all grain is easier to digest than all that.

Yea - if you want to be lazy. LOL If you want to blindly plug in numbers go for it but if you want to understand WHY you are doing something do it manually first.

I agree, I read this article when I first started partial mashing and learned a lot about malts and their relationship to beer.

Some of us already understand the process, that's why brewing software is beneficial. Were not just "blindly plugging in numbers."
