First batch of Apfelwein is now gone!
I know, I know, I should have started a second batch right away, but I wasn't sure I'd like it.
This time around I used 2 cans of frozen pommagranite & Cherry concentrate and then added 4.5 gal apple juice and about 1.5 pounds of corn sugar.
Nice blush color!
Anyone else try this variant?
