What size fermenter?

I am about to buy a conical and I am wondering what size I should get. I currently do 5 gallon batches and probably won't be doing 10 for a while (but eventually I will). THe price between a 7 gallon and a 14 gallon is not too much.
Can I ferement a 5 gallon batch in a 14 gallon fermenter? Or, should I not even go this route.
 
As long as the headspace is filled with CO2, there's no reason not go go with the larger model. They are too expensive (in my opinion) to buy the smaller one and upgrade after a year or two, so I'd suggest going for the big 'un.
 
One possible downside to the larger model is temperature control. Do you use anything to control you fermentation temperature? The larger model not fit. Just keep that in mind for any conical.
