I think that design uses a 12 gm bottle. I had a 5L mini-keg system and each 5L keg took 1-3 bottles to carbonate and dispense, depending on the style.

True, that site does show the 12gram c02 cartridges. In this video
he uses a larger bottle. I'd like to use one of these. Any thoughts?

I have one of those little chargers, and it takes about 3 cartridges to push all 5 gallons out of a keg. I switched to a paintball setup.

If you're going for small setup, get a 20oz paintball tank. Used paintball stuff is really cheap nowadays. Just check the hydro on the tank. Then either buy an adapter for a regular reg, or get a paintball reg. I found a deal a while ago, and have a separate reg for my tank.

Do a search, there's an Instructable on how to make a setup if you're handy.
