Cold crashing a beer at the moment, never did this before and wondering your guys thoughts. I had it in the primary for 3 1/2 weeks, secondary have it in the fridge now and plan for about 2 weeks. Do you think I will need to pitch some more yeast at bottling? I had it in the secondary for a little bit before I stuck it in the fridge and did see some more settlement on the bottom. Do you think I am fine bottling as normal?
