My fermentation is stuck. I think my yeast was temp shocked. I am going to repitch my yeast but juts had one question. Do I need to re-aerate my beer before I pitch again? I did a search but couldn't find anything

And no, if you have any fermentation at all you do NOT want to aerate again.
