hey, i bought the dead ringer ipa all grain kit from northern brewer for my third brew. this was my fist all grain brew and when mashing my numbers were all over the place. i was going for 152 but mashed at 149 and then sparged with 170 degree water and the thermometer came out to 150. i collected my runnings and got a gravity of 1.032 instead of 1.064. i had some DME left over so i used that and then about 3/4 a pound of buckwheat honey. i forgot to take a second gravity reading but i added my yeast (Safale US-05). i put it in the fermenter sunday the 20th and let it sit in my basement wich stays at about 68-70. the first 2 days it was bubbling about ever second. today is the 23rd and it stopped bubbling could my fermentation be done or did i make a mistake?
