Is Dunkelweizen one of those beers that needs to age in the keg or is it fine to drink immediately after kegging? I have 5 gallons that are in the keg now at room temp (on CO2.) I would love to share some of it at a Sci Fi convention this weekend, but it's only been in the keg a few days so far.
