This is just a classic example of a California Common.
The Use of Northern Brewer Hops is showcased in this brew.
The only thing wrong with this recipe is that it goes 1 IBU over the Limit according to the BJCP.

California Steamin'

OG 1.054
FG 1.014
IBU 46
ABV 5.2 %
SRM 9

Grain
9.50 lbs American 2-row
.50 lb CaraMunich
.50 lb Victory Malt
.50 lb Honey Malt

Hops
1.75 oz Northern Brewer (60 min) (Whole)
.50 oz Northern Brewer (20 min) (Whole)
.50 oz Northern Brewer (0 min) (Whole)

1 Worlfloc (10 min)

Wyeast 2112 California Lager Yeast

Single stage infusion mash @ 152° F for 60 Minutes.
Once the Hot Break dies down add your boiling hops and start counting down.

It seems I missed my mark, it came out to an OG 1.050 instead of 1.052.
Slight drop in brewhouse efficiency, nothing too drastic.

The hydrometer sample tasted good, I got my fermentation room down to 63° f so Fermentation temp should stabilize around 65° f or there about.

Will update later.
