Does anyone know of a kit that tastes like Kopparberg pear cider? I just love the taste of this cider would be great to clone it.

Magnums pear cider is the best kit I've tasted when i friend did it.

Not sure how closely it taste like Kopparberg.

You could make something similar by making a standard pear cider kit with some very clean yeast (champagne or something) and blending in some 100% pear juice when fermentation is complete. Their cider uses fruit flavours and it's impossible to get that taste through pure fermentation. That'll sweeten it up too, as Kopparberg is very sweet!

Adding the 100% pear juice after fermentation, that will carbonate the cider when bottled, right? No need to add more sugar, or carbonation drops yeah?
