I am ready to jump on the gelatin band wagon. I have a ESB in a secondary that I already used Irish moss in but would like to see it a little clearer. Should I leave it a lone and start using gelatin on the future brews that I didn't use Irish moss.
Also I know that I need to wait to add the gelatin until fermentation is done.I know that I should wait a few days after adding the gelatin before racking but do I have to rack it rite away or can I add the gelatin and leave it a for a week or more?
Thanks for any tips
