OK, suppose you are a LHBS and you don't currently mill grain for your customers, but would like to. What would be the best mill out there considering it would eventually see a lot more use than just a single brewer using his mill at home? How long before you would likely have to have the rollers re-surfaced/re-knurled? What mills do your LHBS use?
