Anyone ever left fruit in the keg?

I am thinking of adding about 5-7 cut oranges into a white ale, in the keg in the fridge on the gas.

Comments?

I've never done it, but I've read about people doing it. Oranges should work quite nicely with a White Ale.

I done strawberries in keg with good results. Easy, no mess and no rackings. Straight from primary to keg on strawberries in knee-high nylons. Just open keg, remove them 5 days later and good to go
