Hey everyone,
I just got 4+ pounds of assorted whole flower hops for some work I did on a van that belongs to a brewer for a very well respected brewery out my way!! I got a whole bunch of Amarillo, Cascade, Centennial, Citra, Simcoe and Brambling Cross. With all of the brewing I need to do now, my question is this:
Could you guys recommend some rockin recipes to use these hops, especially the Citra and Branbling Cross. Ive searched and searched but want something thats great!! Thanks everyone!
