Many folks talk about reaching that point in the obsession when you see everything in terms of how it can be used in brewing and winemaking.
I think I may have crossed the line.
Yesterday, I was walking through Trader Joe's with my wife and saw a 2 gallon jug of aloe juice and for a moment I stopped in my tracks and thought about if it would ferment.
