How much powder sanitizer is 2oz?

I have the bulk C-Brite powder and it says to add 2oz to 2.5 gallons of water. How do I measure 2oz of C-Brite? I'm guessing this is weight and not liquid ounces. I don't have a scale that will measure that small. Is that like a teaspoon? I know, I know.....Get StarSan. As soon as I use the C-Brite, I'll swtich.
