can you buy ball lock kegs with beer already in it?

I am having some friends over for some football and have a corny full of some good american cream ale. However, the party is dec. 19th and I tapped this tonight so who knows what will be left by then after a few buddies come over. I would like to utilize my kegerator for the party, when we run out of homebrew, does anyone know a vendor who sells keg beer with ball lock connections? Thanks in advance... I'm in Nashvile.

I don't know of any places that sell them full of beer. Most microbreweries that I know of will fill them for you though if you bring them in. You might be able to find one that does that.
