Been wiping roller for a while,but black oil, from when it was made keeps coming off .Any idea how to clean them . Crankandstein 2A

Try running a pound or so of grain through it. Naturally, you want to discard that grain.

I have a 3D and I'm just putting it together as well. I was planning on using the grain, or maybe a few pounds of corn cob media (used for cleaning in a tumbler)... I think either should work fine.
