Shouldn't be any problems fermenting cider here, as long as you follow correct procedures.
AND, have a cool fermentation room!
Yeah, where do you live, in this nice warm state? (Speaking of which, I had to change my swamp cooler today. Landlord found a 5000CFM cooler, and I replaced my old, rusted-out one. This thing is goingto freeze me out, I hope!)
