I made about a 1L starter with WLP005 British Ale Yeast (for Harpoon IPA clone) and I am looking to brew tomorrow. I pitched the yeast into the starter at about 7 pm tonight (Wed.) and I just wanted to know if it would be ready to be pitched into my brew tomm night at about 12 midnight (roughly 29 hours for the yeast to bump nasties in the starter). I was really hoping to brew tomorrow night and just wanted to know if it can be pitched or if I should just be safe and hold out another day or two. Thanks.

Joe
