Got both me and the wife. Ever play with one of those 20 Question machines? Furthest it ever was wrong was when I thought "Bottle of Rum" and it guessed "Bottle of Vodka".

I guessed 7, but I guess cucumber. Maybe that says something about me...

That's messed up. I thought "7" and "carrot".

Apparently I don't drink enough to mess up my mind properly.

I wonder. Is it maybe because after working the first three problems the brain is naturally inclined to figure that the number between 12 and 5 would be 7? (7+5=12) And after working with sixes the brain picks "carrot" a 6 letter word?

Weird thing is, karma and rpucci, you both picked 8, and both veggies are eight letters....

It's a fact when asked to guess a number from 1 - 10 the majority will pick the number 7... not sure why but they do
