Electric or propane?

I'm building a 10 gallon automated HERMS system (project thread: https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f51/reciprocity-brewing-10-gallon-automated-project-394984/). It will have two heating elements and a control box plus two electric pumps.. Will I be able to power this using 120V outlets or will I have to have a 240V specially wired? If that's the case, I will likely go with propane as I am moving in a year or so and don't want to have to pay for wiring twice.
 
Considering how expensive propane is and how you can't brew inside with propane...I'd be leaning towards electric.

You can get away with 120V if you install two elements for boil & 2 elements for your hot liquor tank. Then they need to be wired so that you plug into two 120V outlets that are on different breakers, and when the sets turn on, the load is split between the two power sources.

This may read complicated, but not really. Basically, this would be one brew controller except that everywhere a single power source has one SSR you would have two SSRs, one to control each power feed. And you could even stay with one main input breaker & the same number of relays a 240V setup would have.
