Has anyone done a water analyses for OKC recently. I just got the report from the OKC water department but it does not include sodium. I am going to send a sample in to Ward but I want to brew this weekend. If any one knows the sodium content that would be great otherwise I may just use have to RO water and build up form there.

I just use distilled or RO and build up OKC water shifts it's sources seasonally, so the water you have tested now, may not be the water you are getting in December
