Hey guys. So, I am looking to brew a three gallon Duvel clone based on the recipe from http://www.brew365.com/beer_duvel.php. Basically I was thinking I'll use about 8 1/2 lbs malt, some candi sugar (though the recipe calls for syrup, but oh well), and I was wondering how to modify the hop bill.

The recipe calls for:

1.5 oz - Styrian Goldings (75 min.)
1 oz - Saaz (15 min.)
1/2 oz - Saaz (1 min.)

Any suggestions on how to modify this?
Much appreciated!:mug:

It is a six gallon recipe so if you are planning on brewing three gallons just cut everything in half.
