Directions say 1 oz. to 5 gallons. Everyone here says 1 Tablespoon to a gallon? Isn't there 2 tablespooons to an ounce? What am I missing? Is starsan that much heavier that H20

I'm trying to find the correct amount to use. I know how to measure it. 1 oz for 5 gallons is not proportionally equal to 1 tablespoon per gallon.
Exactly. Or .5 ounce to 2.5 gallons, .25 ounce to 1.25 gallons.
I make up one gallon at a time, (actually 1.25 gallons) and use .25 ounce. It's in the measuring part at the top.

I use very precise measurements. I use a little bit of starsan to however much water my spray bottle holds. I'm a stickler for accuracy, ya see.
