If you live in an area with lots of Mexicans, you should be able to find humongous tamale steamers (tamaleras) for almost nothing.

The Fiesta grocery store near me has 52 qt tamaleras for $32 bucks.

I just picked up a sturdy, aluminum 32-qt tamale steamer at Target for $17 and change.

That is a very decent price for an aluminum stockpot.

I'm buying one of these soon to replace the keggles I sold.

Got my pot today. Here are some pics:

Here's the pot with the Jumbo Coarse Nylon Bag from Austin Homebrew Supply:

And with a 50ft 3/8" wort chiller I got off eBay:

~$70 for the pot
~$60 for wort chiller
~$7 for bag
~$140 for AG BIAB full boil setup

Nice work, AFAIK, Johnson Rose is a quality brand, some of their pots are big $$$. This BIAB concept is catching on. If I hadn't started using cooler tuns I likely would have tried it. What's next, a mill? Kegs?

Hey - can you tell me where you found that stockpot for $60? I managed to find it with the lid, shipped for $100. And how is that jumbo nylon bag working out for you?
