MASH @152*F for 60 minutes

Hey guys and Gals, my first recipe post so go easy on me! brewed this 6 or 7 times and it is a bit of a twist on a traditional Amber ale with the Melanoiden Malt but it really adds a nice Flavour to the beer. This recipe was just too good not to share!

Like the looks of your recipe. Just for clarification, you're only adding first wort and whirlpool hops, and nothing during the boil?

Nope, I have tried adding at 60 and 15 and whirlpool, 60 and whirlpool and hop bursting at 10 minutes and whirlpool, and my favorite has always been the FWH and whirlpool hops.

Looks great.

Question. How long whirlpool?

You guys try this recipe yet? Getting ready to brew this again and wondering if anyone has tried it and has any thoughts on improving it, it, or for just adding your own twist.
