Howdy-

I brewed a 5g all grain Ipa back during the beginning of Jan. Transfered to secondary 11 days later and dry hopped.

I have not bottled it yet- will it turn out? Not sure if this will make a difference or not, but the vodka in my airlock kept leaking out about every 4-5 days ( is this common? ). There was a stretch of two weeks w/ no sort of liquid in the airlock. Will this affect the beer?

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Cheers-

I'm 99% sure that it'll be fine. You should bottle it as soon as you can, though. When you transfer to your bottling bucket give it a sniff and a taste. You'll know if there's a problem then.

The only issue is that with an IPA the hop flavor and aroma tend to fade rather fast. As long as you get it bottled and drank soon you'll be fine, though.
