new brewer alert:

recently brewed a brewers best Baltic porter extract kit.

it's been in bottles about 2 weeks - tested 2 bottles - no carbonation whatsoever.

the bottles have been in a cold garage though - mistake ? I'm guessing so.

moved the bottles inside. should I expect the carbonation issue to correct itself ?

The instructions for that kit recommend 64 to 72 degrees for bottle conditioning and carbonation.......if it is colder than that, move it to a warmer climate.

ok. dum noob mistake. so am i correct to assume that bringing into a 70 degree room will correct the carbonation issue in time ?

how cold was said garage average and what was the coldest? May want to give each bottle a swirl to rouse the yeast up once they are warmed?
