Hey team, I have not been brewing for very long yet and have just been taking recipes at face value, but for a friends wedding present I am starting to adapt things and I hope you can critique.
The preferred beer of the folks I am brewing for is Blue Moon Honey Wheat, not being able to find a clone of that I have adapted a Blue Moon Clone and a Honey Wheat recipe (I guess that makes sense so far right?)
Does all this make sense up to this point, and does the below recipe seem like a good idea? (by that I mean did I Frankenstein this all too far, would you substitute anything I put in?)
Thanks in advance.
