I'm looking at buying a chest freezer but, I'm not sure what the minimum depth that I would need for a tapped keg. I know the keg itself is 25 inches. How much do the lines stick up above that?

:mug:

Allow at least two extra inches and allow for projections on the lid. I have a 9 cu ft that is 30 inches deep, but there is a 3 inch bulge in part of the lid. No idea why it's there, but I may find out soon. I'm thinking about getting a bigger freezer, making the current freezer into a kegger and using the old kegger as a fermentation cabinet as the door is rusting out.
