Have been using Wyeasts 1056 lately. Wow!!!!!! Took our IIPA from 1.083 to about 1.012 with no effort. I can now join the group of everyone who sings praises about this yeast!
 
im using it on my pumkin ale. It took off in a couple hours like crazy. Im totally with ya on the 1056.
