BTF to line clean?

Is it OK to use BTF to clean my kegerator lines and taps?

I wasn't sure how to clean them, so I just hooked up my BTF-filled corny to the CO2 and flushed some through. I've only had 2 kegs in my 2 keg system so far and now am brewing 2 more.
 
BTF Iodophor is a sanitizer not cleaner. I usually use some Oxyclean in the corny - pump it through and follow with BTF Iodophor which I leave in the line until the next keg goes in.

However I don't think it hurts anything to just run the BTF through to flush out the old beer, just be aware of what is going on.
 
i found the hard way that iodophor will stain beer lines. kinda disapointing when they are brand new.
 
Thanks, I had a feeling it wasn't quite kosher, but in this case, I don't think it will be a problem as when I pumped it through, there was still old beer in the lines and it seemed OK.
