I'm making Edwort's Haus Pale Ale and the LHBS is out of Vienna.
They suggest that I use Munich instead.
Is that a good substitute?

Hate to perform CPR on this thread but is it generally recommended to split the amount of Munich when substituting for Vienna?
Thanks Ed. I was looking to brew BierMunchers Cenntenial Blond but I'm out of Vienna but I do have Munich. The recipe calls for 1/2 pound Vienna.
