Is there a guide anywhere that lists amount of priming sugar associated with each style? I've been using 4 to 5 grams per 5 gal batch. Sometimes it seems like too much. Any tips?

Perfect. Thanks. Does ABV change this much or have no effect?
ABV won't affect the amount of priming sugar, just how long it will take for bottle conditioning to occur. The main variables are the residual CO2, which is based on the maximum temp the beer has reached after fermentation, and the volume.

Also check out the Tasty Brew calculator...it's a little simpler. The one on Northern Brewer is nice though b/c it does calculations for sugar sources besides just DME and dextrose.
