I am in the fortunate situation of having several varieties of grape to choose from. My husband's family has various old vines with table and wine grapes, some we can identify others not. I would like to make a wine for xmas. Which grapes should i use? Would using table grapes that are less sweet be better? Is there a recipe for a quick wine like beaujolais? Are quick wines usually red wines?
