Sanitary filter for aeration

Does anyone have experience with using a sanitary filter for aeration such as the one offered by brew gadgets? Do they really work? I want to aerate, but I am concerned about contamination.

Shaking will get you the same annoying of O2. next comes a pump, then straight O2.

Yup, I use one of those with an aquarium pump and aeration wand/stone. Works great and I am convinced my beers have had better fermentations since using it.
