I just tasted my first wild brew and it's sweet with a little funk. I didn't get a pellicle just wild yeast I caught. Dunno what it is could it just be estery? I guess it'll be good in my wires homemade wine coolers. I'll give it age and may need to catch again.

Sounds like you just need to wait or add commercial grade lactic acid to balance the sweetness if you want to drink it now.

Its 3 months old with yeast I caught myself sweeter than the recipe I use for
my house ale with any yeast I've used

Have you taken a gravity reading?
Do you know how low your last beers have gotten?
And if you also have Brett. in there than 3 months is not very long. Brett takes a long time to grow and eat the sugars. You could either buy some commercial Brett strains or just wait and take a reading in a few months to see if you do have Brett or other bacteria that will convert the remaining sugars.
