I have a few Hoegarden bottles and noticed that they are 11.2 oz. This is not a big deal right??> Also what bottles cause problems with the cappers?? I dont want to get to bottling and have to waste a bunch of beer. Thanks:drunk:

The only problem is that there is less beer per bottle, there is a chance that twist off bottles will not seal properly.

really depends on what kinda capper you have. Bench cappers will cap danm near any bottle where as the hand cappers need bottles with nice tall lips. Sam adams are perfect bottles for hand cappers....

I use some hoegaarden bottles and a cheap hand capper when I bottle. I've never had any problem. The bottles are pretty nice looking too.

I never noticed they were 11.5 oz. Don't mention it to Nostrildamus - he'll come unglued.
