Partial Mash Brew

Grain:
Pale LME 6 lbs
Am 2-Row 2 lbs
CaraPils 8 oz
Crystal 60 8 oz
Barley Flake 4 oz
Vienna Malt 4 oz

Hops:
60 Min Simcoe 1 oz
30 Min Simcoe 1 oz
15 Min Amarillo 1 oz
5 Min Centennial 1 oz

Dry Hopping
Amarillo 1 oz
Simcoe 1 oz
Peaches (2-3 lbs pureed)

Please let me know what I could do to improve the recipe. It is really my third attempt at a recipe and first at an IPA. Also, would working with Burton-type water really be of value since it's a partial mash? I'm very open to feedback. Thank you
