I brewed a vienna lager last weekend and used about 90% vienna malt, has any one else tried using mostly vienna?
Any recipes folks? I would love to see them. I am a huge vienna fan. I used it in my wheat beer (5 lbs wheat malt, 2 lbs 2row, 2lbs vienna, hefe iv yeast) and it is fab!

I have found the thought of using a Vienna base as very intriguing. In fact, Im considering an pseudo-IPA using Vienna and Rye. Code name vIPAr.
