I doubt it can handle any pressure. It's for blowing low pressure air in an aquarium.

Personally, have used a stainless cross in my 3 faucet kegerator for years and have never had problems. Cheap & easy. I push all my beers at 12 psi and just pulling off the gas ball lock disconnects a keg.

I've been using a cheap plastic barbed "T" from Lowe's for a couple of years with no issues. I don't push more than 30psi though it, though.
