So my buddy was deployed over seas and his wife calls me up and asks if I can bottle a couple of beers that he made before he left. Well it turns out he dry hopped an APA about ten months ago and made a cider around the same time. I'm going there to check it out in a few weeks but am not expecting good results. I'm sure the APA will taste like the bottom of a lawn mower. I'll be sure to post pics of this beauty when I get down there.

The other possibility is the APA has lost its aroma and it is now a Special Bitter. Which isn't a bad thing.

I don't know much about cider, but if the airlocks didn't dry up and the beers where stored properly, I bet it will be fantastic.

Yeah, I'm guessing there was total neglect here. They will probably be bone dry.
