Going away for a bit tomorrow and was wanting to get some brewing stuff done before I go but was wondering about the advantage or disadvantage of cramming some stuff in. I have a pale ale in primary that has been there for 10 days and would like to:
transfer to keg
add gelatine
cold crash
put gas on for set and forget for when I get back
If I could do it all tomorrow that would be a huge bonus but if there is no point in doing it then I will probably just transfer to secondary and cold crash and deal with the rest when I get back.
I figured it would take just as much time to do it all and I would end up with mostly drinkable beer upon my return.
Thoughts?
