Finally got my house ipa to where I want it so thought I'd put it up for everyone. Recipe is for 5 gallons

og: 1.056
fg:1.008
abv: 6.25%

Grain bill
10lbs pale 2 row
1lb c60

Single infusion mash at 151*f for 60 minutes. Single batch sparge

Hops
1oz centennial mash hop
1oz centennial 60min
.5oz simcoe 10 min
.5oz Amarillo 10 min
.5oz mosaic 10 min
.5oz simcoe, Amarillo and mosaic in whirlpool for 30 min

Dry hop 1oz simcoe and 1oz mosaic for 7 days.

Ferment with 1.5l starter of wy1056 around 63-64*f

Agreed with other poster on mash hop, move that centennial to a 15 or even flameout addition. But everything else looks good. You don't have a ton of hops for an ipa but at 1.056 you don't really need that much. This is probably more on borderline pale ale than IPA, which isn't a bad thing at all especially for a "house" IPA that's going to drank a lot!

Love the simcoe Amarillo mosaic combo

Not totally sure why I throw in the mash hop to be honest kind of a whim and pretty much a waste but I liked how the recipe turned out so I'll probably just use it from now on lol. And while not super hoppy it is dangerously drinkable, kicked the last keg in two days
