I have an ale that I am about to bottle on sunday it is in the secondary carboy. It is in a closet with another carboy and a plastic primary. I put in plastic primary full of a new brew the carboy closest to the fermenter developed some 'sweating' on the inside of it not the outside. The primary when it went in was much warmer that the secondaries so I'm guessing the warmth heated the secondary but the sweating is still there going on 2 days. Should this concern me at all?

I've noticed condensation in my carboys before- more so when the beer dosn't reach the "cone" part of the carboy. It has not affected any of my brews. I don't think I'd worry.

The condensation is probably alcohol. In any case, if the lock is ok don't worry about it.
